You can rest assured that your pet waste is handled responsibly and efficiently! We take the pet waste with us after each cleanup. This ensures your yard is left completely fresh, and you don’t have to worry about disposal. We handle everything for you! 

Your dog’s safety is our top priority. Please let us know any special instructions or concerns, and we’ll be happy to accommodate them. To ensure their safety, we take a picture of the securely latched and shut gate after each visit, giving you peace of mind. If your dog is in the yard during our service, we work calmly and respectfully around them to ensure their comfort. Alternatively, we can schedule our visit when your dog is indoors to minimise interaction. We take great care to securely close the gates before, during, and after our visit, and we’re happy to tailor our approach to meet any specific needs you have. 

Yes, we clean the entire yard, ensuring that all areas are thoroughly checked and free of dog waste. We make sure to cover every accessible part of your yard for a complete and thorough cleanup. 

Signing up is simple! Just fill out the form on our website by pressing the FREE QUOTE button. After answering three questions, we’ll send you a quote and set up your recurring service from there! 

We are open weekdays Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm.

Once your service day is set, we’ll send you a 60-minute arrival notice via text. You’ll always know when to expect us!  You’ll receive an email by the end of the day with details about your service, along with some reassuring photos to keep you in the loop! 

We’ll still come out to scoop the poop! If there’s severe weather or conditions that make it unsafe to provide the service, we’ll notify you and reschedule as needed. 

Yes, we can clean your yard while your dog is outside, but we take extra care to ensure their safety and comfort. Our team works gently and respectfully around your pet, avoiding any areas where they may be playing or resting. If your furry friend has a history of aggression or doesn't like unannounced guests, we ask that you please leave them inside during the service to ensure the safety of our workers.

No, you don’t need to sign a contract to use our service. We believe in flexibility and convenience for our clients, so you’re free to cancel your subscription at any time. Make sure that you cancel before the next billing cycle or you will be charged. Our goal is to provide a service you’ll love without feeling tied down by commitments. 

For an additional $10, we'll replace your pet's warm slobber water with fresh, filtered water to keep them hydrated. Plus, your dog will enjoy two tasty treats and a roll of 15 poo bags, ensuring they stay happy and prepared for the day ahead! 

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific cleanup days, as we optimize our routes for efficiency when serving customers. However, we'd be happy to see if we can accommodate your request and will do our best to work something out! Just let us know, and we’ll try to find a solution.

Billing is easy and hassle-free! Once you sign up, your service will be billed on a recurring basis (either weekly, every two weeks, monthly or 2x week). You’ll be charged on Monday each week or the following Monday of each month depending on your service frequency.
